The hotel was a great base for exploring the Upper Peninsula, especially visiting the Quincy Mine and catching a game at Michigan Tech. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. I particularly loved the free coffee and cookies in the lobby.
However, the landscaping outside looked a bit run-down. It could use some attention to match the inside vibe of the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for our family getaway, especially being close to Michigan’s beautiful natural scenery. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of kid-friendly options, which my children loved.
In my wife's opinion, a children's pool area would be beneficial.
